Some people eat to live, and others live to eat. The latter speaks to my lifelong philosophy and it is why I have completely immersed myself in the culinary landscape.

Every aspect of food fascinates me: the colors, flavors, and origins. I am inspired by world cuisine and as an avid traveler make it a point of taking classes with local chefs, visiting food and spice markets, and imbibing at vineyards and distilleries, fully experiencing the country’s food culture. I then bring home those recipes and experiences to be reimagined.

For me part of the lure of cooking is the missteps and mishaps that lead to what ultimately becomes extraordinary dishes. It is all about experimentation and taking the time to lovingly craft mouth-watering creations and I am here to share this journey with you.
