Turkey Burger Panzanella Salad
Everything but the bun….Sort of
Since Summer is within a few days, I try to omit the bun and additional carbs where possible.
This salad satisfies your burger cravings. We take turkey burger patties and all its fixings and layer it over butter lettuce topped with homemade croutons and feta. Topping this salad with a quick homemade dressing made with condiments from your fridge and pantry makes this burger salad a healthy-ish alternative.
